To steam cook meats in a vacuum bag - with or without sauces/gravy - ensuring a very safe (because no risk of cross contamination) method of cooking an extremely tender, tasty (Because all the meats juices are retained in the bag) product. Examples: Pie fillings, meat components, ready meals, Stews etc- please ask for pricing for sous vide facilities.

Raw and Cooked Meat

We use traditional butchery craft methods and allow correct maturation time to provide meat with flavour and tenderness. We buy from local farms where possible, with cattle coming from Holme Farm, Rampton, pigs from Lincolnshire and lamb from Derbyshire.
